The date on the cover reads December 18, 2014. Looking back at our original business plan, what stands out most is how much we got right. We focused on building a strong culture, and our growth is a testament to how well we delivered. The plan also included a marketing strategy, which was put on hold to serve a more pressing priority – client success. Now, moving forward means circling back. A refreshed brand identity, website, and social media presence are in the works and coming soon.
