Keith oversees and coordinates all manpower, tools, and equipment for new construction and renovation projects, ensuring timely, professional installation across every job site. He plays a critical role in maintaining field productivity, safety, and quality while supporting the successful execution of projects from start to finish.
With more than 25 years of experience in the fire protection industry, Keith brings extensive hands-on expertise and field leadership. He completed a five-year apprenticeship to become a Journeyman and spent over 15 years serving as a Foreman on a wide range of complex projects. Throughout his career, Keith has obtained five licenses covering the installation and testing of fire pumps, backflow preventers, fire extinguishers, and both underground and overhead fire protection systems. In 2020, he stepped into the role of Field Superintendent, where he now leads and supports more than 50 field employees. He works closely with Project Managers and Designers to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.
Keith believes honesty, integrity, and communication are the foundation of strong leadership and successful project delivery. He is committed to fostering teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement across the field team. Keith and his wife have two children and place strong value on faith and family. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time outdoors, fishing, hiking, attending car shows, and being with his family.
