Aron provides strategic leadership focused on long-term growth and operational excellence to position S&S Midwest Fire Protection as a preferred fire protection provider. With more than 21 years of experience in the fire protection industry, Aron brings a strong blend of technical expertise, business insight, and people-focused leadership.

Aron began his career as a Fire Sprinkler Designer and has since gained hands on experience across nearly every area of the business, including estimating, sales, business development, design, project management, customer relations, and finance. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from The Ohio State University and a NICET Level III Certification in Water-Based Systems Layout. As President and CEO, Aron works closely with the leadership team to drive performance through clear metrics, data-informed decision making, and continuous improvement.

Outside of work, Aron values faith, family, and community. He is married to his wife, Courtney, and is the proud father of three children. He enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, cooking, fishing, and following Ohio State and professional sports.

Dave leads and oversees our entire Operations Team, ensuring projects are executed efficiently, seamlessly, and on schedule. He plays a key role in scaling the company and developing strong leadership across all departments. With more than 30 years of experience in the fire protection service and construction industry, Dave brings extensive expertise across all aspects of installation, construction management, service, maintenance, repair, inspection, and testing of fire protection systems and equipment. Customer service is central to Dave’s approach and remains the foundation of his professional relationships.

Dave and his wife, Stephanie, have been married for over 30 years and have four children and two grandchildren. Dave enjoys traveling, camping, and spending quality time with his family.

Keith oversees and coordinates all manpower, tools, and equipment for new construction and renovation projects, ensuring timely, professional installation across every job site. He plays a critical role in maintaining field productivity, safety, and quality while supporting the successful execution of projects from start to finish.

With more than 25 years of experience in the fire protection industry, Keith brings extensive hands-on expertise and field leadership. He completed a five-year apprenticeship to become a Journeyman and spent over 15 years serving as a Foreman on a wide range of complex projects. Throughout his career, Keith has obtained five licenses covering the installation and testing of fire pumps, backflow preventers, fire extinguishers, and both underground and overhead fire protection systems. In 2020, he stepped into the role of Field Superintendent, where he now leads and supports more than 50 field employees. He works closely with Project Managers and Designers to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.

Keith believes honesty, integrity, and communication are the foundation of strong leadership and successful project delivery. He is committed to fostering teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement across the field team. Keith and his wife have two children and place strong value on faith and family. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time outdoors, fishing, hiking, attending car shows, and being with his family.

Brad leads and oversees the Service and Inspection Department, managing manpower, coordinating schedules, and ensuring inspections and repairs are completed efficiently and professionally. He plays a vital role in maintaining strong customer relationships and upholding the company’s commitment to reliability, responsiveness, and quality service. Brad is also responsible for training and developing new team members within the department, ensuring they are equipped with the knowledge and skills needed to succeed.

With 20 years of experience in the fire protection industry, Brad brings a well-rounded background that includes contract installations, service and repairs, and system inspections. His hands-on experience across multiple facets of the trade provides valuable insight into both field operations and customer needs, allowing him to lead the department with practical expertise and a service-focused mindset.

Brad and his wife have been married for 24 years and have three children. Outside of work, he enjoys backpacking, fishing, and traveling on vacations with his family.

Shawn serves as Senior Project Manager, bringing more than 30 years of experience to the fire protection industry. His career is defined by a true ground-up perspective, having spent years installing the systems he now manages. This hands-on background gives him a practical understanding of field challenges, installation logistics, and jobsite coordination, allowing him to proactively guide projects to successful completion.

Throughout his three-decade career, Shawn has gained experience across multiple facets of fire protection systems and project delivery. Today, he oversees large-scale projects while also mentoring and supervising the company’s project management team. His ability to bridge technical field requirements with executive-level objectives ensures that every project is delivered with precision, compliance, and operational excellence.

Shawn is proud to be part of a third-generation family legacy in the fire protection profession, with several extended family members continuing to play significant roles. He and his wife have been married for 20 years and have three children. Outside of work, Shawn enjoys spending time with family and friends and being outdoors.

Brent works closely with partners across the construction industry to develop creative, practical solutions that meet the needs of building owners and tenants. He is responsible for fostering strong relationships with existing customers while identifying and building new business partnerships. Through collaboration and responsiveness, Brent helps ensure projects move forward efficiently and deliver long-term value.

Brent brings more than 10 years of industry experience, beginning his career as a field technician. His hands-on background provided a strong technical foundation and a practical understanding of fire protection systems, which led him into a sales role. Over the past four years, he has progressed from inspection and service sales into construction sales, applying his field knowledge to support clients throughout the project lifecycle. His experience in system installation gives him unique insight into the challenges that can arise in the field, allowing him to proactively guide customers toward effective solutions.

Brent believes that maintaining healthy, mutually beneficial relationships is key to achieving both individual and company-wide goals. His commitment to communication, reliability, and partnership drives long-term success for both his clients and the organization. Outside of work, Brent enjoys hunting trips to some of the most remote places the country has to offer. He also spends much of his free time remodeling his home—an ongoing but rewarding project that reflects his appreciation for hard work and craftsmanship.

As a Sales Account Manager at S&S Midwest Fire Protection, Eric evaluates new construction projects during the pre-construction phase to determine strategic fit and feasibility. By reviewing drawings and specifications, he develops accurate, competitive budgets that position projects for success from the outset. His focus is on aligning scope, schedule, and cost to build a strong foundation before construction begins.

Eric began his career in the Chicago market in 2005 as a Design Trainee, developing a strong understanding of fire protection system design and industry standards. After relocating to Ohio, he continued as a Designer before advancing into estimating and sales. He joined S&S in 2016 in an Estimating and Sales role and has since contributed to expanding client relationships and company growth.

With more than 20 years in the industry, Eric brings a technical background and practical experience that allow him to deliver cost-effective solutions and measurable value to both clients and the S&S team.

Outside of work, Eric enjoys spending time with his wife and two sons. As a family, they enjoy traveling and being outdoors, especially kayaking, camping, and fishing.

Myles oversees the operations of the Design Department, managing resources, tracking the progression of projects, and performing quality control checks on pipe fabrications and material orders to ensure consistent delivery across all projects. He also defines and implements Standard Operating Procedures to streamline workflows and improve department productivity.

Myles is a resourceful engineer who progressed through the organization from Entry-Level Designer to Mid- and Senior-Level Designer before advancing into his current role managing the entire S&S Design and Engineering Department.

With more than 10 years of experience designing and BIM coordinating projects ranging from small to complex, Myles has played a key role in supporting the company’s rapid growth over the past decade. His leadership and technical expertise continue to be a vital component of S&S’s success.

Outside of work, Myles enjoys spending time with his family, attending social and family events, and traveling abroad.
