When performing fire alarm/life safety inspections, S&S Fire Protection will:
- Test fire alarm control panels, smoke detectors, heat detectors, manual pull stations, horns, strobes, and other notification devices.
- Verify system wiring, battery backups, and communication with monitoring services.
- Inspect emergency lighting, exit signage, and other integrated life safety equipment.
- Document inspection results and identify any deficiencies or maintenance needs.
- Provide detailed reports for building owners, managers, and authorities having jurisdiction (AHJ) as required by NFPA 72 and local codes.
- Coordinate necessary repairs, retesting, and follow-up inspections.
