When providing 24-hour emergency service, S&S Fire Protection will:
- Maintain a dedicated emergency response team available 24/7.
- Respond to fire protection system alarms, malfunctions, or failures.
- Perform immediate troubleshooting, repairs, or temporary measures to restore system operation.
- Coordinate with building management, occupants, and authorities having jurisdiction (AHJ) during emergency events.
- Provide documentation of emergency service actions, repairs, and recommendations for follow-up maintenance.
