Preventive Maintenance

  • Inspect fire sprinkler, alarm, suppression, and detection systems on a regular schedule.
  • Test system components, including valves, pumps, detectors, alarms, and control panels.
  • Clean, lubricate, and adjust equipment as needed to maintain proper operation.
  • Identify wear, corrosion, or damage and recommend repairs or replacements.
  • Document all maintenance activities and findings for building owners and authorities having jurisdiction (AHJ).
